Who We Are
Guided Health is a community of independent health and wellness practitioners. We remove the typical obstacles to private practice by providing practitioners with physical space, administrative support, and a community of like-minded health & wellness professionals.
Located just off Hwy 100 & 70th Street in Edina, MN, our space includes 20 private treatment suites, a spacious reception area, a group event room, and a fully equipped gym. Patients and practitioners enjoy support from a live person to assist with scheduling and billing as well as views of Nine Mile Creek.

We are a health professional & commercial real estate team who have united to create a powerful practice model for expert health & wellness specialists.
Pete Garber
Pete Garber is a Physical Therapist with a thriving practice and recognized expert in the field. He is the former founder of Viverant, where he oversaw a large PT group spanning 11 locations and 42 therapists. He learned through this experience that practicing in an employee setting does not allow for the highest level of patient care. He went out on his own, thinking it would be as simple as setting himself up with a small offer, only to discover private practice to be cost prohibitive.
John Higgins
John Higgins is a commercial real estate professional who has assisted health practitioners to open their own office locations for 10+ years. Having seen the burden practitioners are required to take when executing multi-year property leases as well as the staff and IT tools needed to operate, it always seemed unnecessary. He partnered with a seasoned expert physical therapist to lower the investment and risk of private practice.
